Keeping you on the go
Buying a new vehicle can be an exciting time, and when you choose to go green with a battery electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle, you will need to invest in a vehicle charging station. Our residential EV charger installations ensure that your OEM or third-party charger is installed to spec and will be safe for use. With our know-how in wiring up these essential chargers, the electricians at C.S.T. are not only certified by the leading charger manufacturers but are partners to many of the leading EV charger brands.

Tesla is the largest battery electric vehicle manufacturer in North America, and its entire line-up, which includes the Tesla Model 3, Tesla Model Y, and Tesla Cybertruck, use the NACS SAE J3400 charger. Tesla offers two different home charging kits which we can install. The Tesla Wall Connector is meant for only Tesla vehicles, while the Tesla Universal Wall Connector is compatible with both Tesla and non-Tesla EVs. Both chargers add up to 71 km per hour of charging or around 11.5 kW, and with our installation method, your charger will be up and operational in less than an hour.

Kia and its sister brand, Hyundai, have seen massive gains in the EV space with the Kona EV and Ioniq series of vehicles. Like Volvo, Kia has partnered with an EV charging solution to provide at-home charging. Kia offers two ChargeHub EV chargers, the EV Duty and Wallbox, both of which we can install and wire.
Universal
In addition to branded and OEM chargers, our electricians can install a host of universal chargers that will provide your EV with the power it needs to operate. These third-party chargers are tried and tested and work well, if not better, than some OEM options. They include the Auten Home Smart EV charger, Gizzl-E Classic, Emporia Level 2 EV charger, and Lectron 32 Amp.
