Our electricians have been providing this essential service for over three decades and can work with you and your builder to not only deliver the plans but also work out an electrical layout that will work for how you envision living in your new home.
Rough in Wiring
Rough-in wiring is one of the other services that we provide and will allow your builder to keep on schedule. Rough-in wiring means that our electricians will run all the wiring through your studs and set up the boxes for light switches, receptacles, and outlets, but they are all bare bones. When it comes to rough-in, our electricians do not actually connect any of the wiring to the breaker, nor do we install the switches, outlets, or receptacles. Instead, we will return to the site once the drywall is in place to connect and livewire the home before you get your keys.
Electrical Layouts
Our team has the experience and expertise to work with literally any builder to deliver an electrical layout to plan. From a normal cookie-cutter installation to something a little more custom, our electricians will run the wire, create the boxes, and install the switches so everything is working and ready for the rest of the trades to come into the building. We can also work with homeowners to plan their electrical to better suit their vision or flow before we go in. This allows you to add extra outlets, make room for overhead or track lighting, or even add in little extras, such as outlets with USB outlets or dimmers where you want them.
